How Market Makers would trade as retail traders
- Step #1 Find a few good vehicles to trade (very liquid)
- Step #2 Based on implied volatility levels and recent price movement, pick an income spread
- Step #3 Determine fair value of spread (implied volatility – take skews out of formula)
- Step #4 Test the market in small size to see where the fish will bite, start better than mid prices
